Below we have outlined a quick step by step process on how to attach your Stripe account to TicketEzy.
If you don't have a Stripe account already, you can create one by following the same steps below.
Step 1:
Log in to the TicketEzy admin dashboard using the following link: https://admin.ticketezy.live
Step 2:
Go to Settings
Step 3:
Click on the Payment Settings tab
Step 4:
Click on the Settings button in the Payment gateways area
Step 5:
There will now be a pop up like below. Click on Connect Live Stripe account
Step 6:
Once you have clicked Connect Live Stripe account, you should now see a page like below. If you already have a Stripe account, please put in the account email address and follow the prompts.
If you don't have a Stripe account, put in your preferred email address in to the form and follow the steps to create an account and attach it to the TicketEzy platform.
Once you have followed all the above steps, your Stripe account should now be connected to the TicketEzy platform and you can start selling tickets to your events! Ezy!
